Applications are now open for Accelerate@Babraham: Your opportunity to be part of one of the best Campus' across the UK and Europe within which to start your life science venture

Starting something new is hard – particularly within the fast-moving life science sector. Step forward Accelerate@Babraham, the Babraham Research Campus’ bio-incubator, founded out of a desire to support and nurture early-stage ventures; bringing to bear an unrivalled network of experts, mentors and investors and data-driven, comprehensive business analysis and support to equip these young enterprises with the skills, confidence and network connections to enable success.

Now in our seventh year, Accelerate@Babraham companies have raised £72.5m and have a current portfolio value estimated at over £139m.

Held annually, our start-up competition awards five early-stage ventures the opportunity to experience life as part of the Babraham Research Campus in addition to:

• A bespoke 8-week taught programme of scientific, business, and technical support.

• 12 months free lab space, access to the exceptional Cambridge Cluster network, expert mentoring and investor intro’s.

• £10K non-diluted funding.

Applications are invited from life science start-up companies working in therapeutics, reagents, technology platforms and diagnostics who would benefit from access to fully equipped, serviced lab and office space, business and technical support from practitioners, and the opportunity to expand their network and deeply embed in the outstanding Cambridge life science cluster.
