Our mission is simple.

We will be the best place in Europe to start-up and scale-up a life science business.  Our aim is to create an environment where companies can focus on developing their science and building their business in a supportive and highly networked community, helping to create new medicines, jobs and growth, and maximising the impact of UK science.

ABOUT THE CAMPUS

Babraham Institute

The Babraham Institute is a world-class research organisation, at the heart of the Babraham Research Campus.

BBSRC

BBSRC invested £469M in world-class bioscience in 2016-17, supporting around 1600 scientists and 2000 research students in universities and institutes.

EXISTING BUILDINGS

Our buildings provide over 200,000 sq ft of state-of-the-art facilities, services and expertise to meet the demands of start-up and more established businesses.

FUTURE DEVELOPMENT

Introducing BioMed@Babraham, a new 108,000 square foot scale-up research space for growing bioscience-based companies.
