Unlike most other incubators, the Babraham Bioincubator can access world class research and technical facilities and skill bases on the Babraham Research Campus. This uniquely provides access to a wealth of scientific expertise at the world renowned Babraham Institute including: FACS analysis, Bioinformatics, the production of monoclonal antibodies, Mass Spectrometry and Imaging.
Our Gene Targeting Facility has a wealth of experience in the field of generating transgenic, Knock-Out and Knock-In mice, leading to germline transmission with high success rates. Companies can 'buy-into' equipment and expertise on an 'as need' basis thereby reducing the need, during early stages, to employ specialist staff and tie up capital in sophisticated and expensive equipment.
