Conferencing
The catering and conferencing facilities offer an exceptional service, at a competitive cost, for all staff and for corporate events. Conference, seminar and meeting room facilities, seating between 10 and 200 people, are available during normal office hours and refreshments, working lunches or formal dining can be arranged. Meeting rooms in classic or modern style are available during normal office hours, from 09:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday.

Refectory
The Refectory is situated in the main Hall, and provides a selection of hot and cold foods, salads and snacks. Vegetarian options are always available, and themed dishes from around the globe are featured each month. The Forum is a central, more informal meeting point providing a selection of cakes, biscuits, and hot and cold drinks throughout the day and has proved a popular place for people from different laboratories and the companies to meet. The grounds outside the Forum have been attractively landscaped providing a perfect spot to relax with colleagues over lunch in the summer months. Meditrina has its own catering facility, located in the atrium of the building.
